Grove View Barn is a semi-detached, stone-built cottage in the hamlet of Pengethley, three miles from Ross-on-Wye. This cottage sleeps ten people in five bedrooms, consisting of two king-size doubles - one of which has an en-suite bathroom, a single, which is accessed from the landing and king-size en-suite room, a twin and a ground floor family room with one double and one single bed. The cottage also has a bathroom with corner bath, a ground floor shower room, a kitchen with dining area, a siting room with electric fire, a large landing with seating and a snug with children's bean bags and a double sofa bed. Outside there is off road parking for four cars, an enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture and a paddock for ball games. Grove View Barn is an ideal holiday home for families who wish to explore the Herefordshire countryside, or the many villages and towns dotted around the area.

Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 2 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, payphone, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair. Off road parking for 4 cars. Enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture. Paddock for ball games. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Hotel with bar/restaurant and farm shop/cafe 5 mins walk. Note: There are steps between the ground floor bedroom and the kitchen and there are 2 steps down to the sitting room, therefore this property may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. Note: No hen/stag parties. |
